Guide to happiness

We are always told not to have anything in excess because it may harm you, but the one thing that won't harm you even in excess is HAPPINESS.

 If you are feeling low and searching a way to get rid of it, then cheers, you'll never regret investing a few minutes reading this. The pursuit of happiness is a fundamental right of every person and it exists within you. In a literal sense, happiness meaning can’t be understood but can be felt very easily. A human life always revolves around the chase to achieve something better than they have and in this chase most of them forget carry what we call “happiness”.

“Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence.”- Aristotle.


 Attainment of happiness might take long for some people but isn't unattainable.

So here are some guides to happiness:


Have positivity: 


“Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see a shadow”- Helen Keller.

Think of being in a place which is full of mess or garbage, then i am sure you won’t be willing to stay there even for a minute. So it’s easy to understand now that every instance of our life depends on the vibes around us at that very instance. Keeping a positive attitude is surely the most effective way to keep you elated. Try to avoid yourself from having any kind of negative thoughts and stay positive.

Have optimistic attitude:

“Optimism refuses to believe that the road ends without options”-Robert H. Schuller.

Now think about the place we’ve discussed in previous point and assume that there are some other guys with you who just accepted that there isn’t any way to leave that mess and adjusted themselves accordingly. So what do you think? Were they happy being there? I think you’ve figured out the answer that’s obviously NO. So, it’s important to be self motivated so that you can never have regrets of what you could’ve done.


Don’t compare yourself with others:

“Comparison is the thief of joy.”-Theodore Roosevelt.

Always keep that in mind you only harm yourself while comparing yourself with others. Just accept the fact that everybody is born with different abilities and flaws. So, avoid doing comparisons with others.



Discover your stress buster:

 “The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another”-William James.

It’s normal that we feel stressed sometimes and some of you might feel that way often. So, there are number of ways to escape stress but you’ve to choose one for yourself. You can choose to go to any of your happy place or you can spend more time with people with whom you’re comfortable or you can refer to some motivational contents on internet (that really helps to boost you up).





Have hope:

“We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope” – Martin Luther King Jr.

Hope is the key to success and happiness as well. You can’t be contended if you don’t have hope that one day you’ll achieve all your goals by doing the right things.



Indulge yourself in activities that interest you:

“Doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abundance in your life.”-Wayne Dyer.

Everybody do have some hobbies that are capable to fetch out all of their grief and give them satisfaction. So, if you have one then invest some of your time daily to it. Doing something for yourself is even helpful in your well being.


Exercise daily:


“Those who don’t find time for exercise will have to find time for illness”-Edward Stanley.

It’s a well known fact that complete well being comes collectively from mental, emotional and physical health. You can’t acquire complete happiness if you lack any of these. So, just don’t ignore to take care of your body.Proper functioning of your body plays a key role in keeping you contend.

I hope your search for happiness have ended till now an now it’s easier for you to understand that there are plenty of ways to keep yourself happy and joyful. Now that you’re capable of acquiring a state of happiness, don’t forget to pass it on because there are many other wanderers searching for it.
